Paulius Kunčinas
Paulius Kuncinas is a founder and director of Centenary Policy Institute (CPI) a think dedicated to protecting a prosperous and united Europe for future generations in one hundred years’ time. His recent focus has been on rebuilding Ukraine, identifying threats posed by Kremlin especially in corporate arena and Russia sanctions. He started his career as a country editor in Romania, Bulgaria, and Ukraine where he oversaw the process of transition from communism to democracy. Then he served as a Regional Editor for South East Asia focusing on foreign direct investment (FDI) strategies in emerging markets of Asia. Last seven years he has been an active commentator on green energy transition in Europe focusing on net zero goals and access to critical raw materials for European industries. Paulius holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from Trinity College, Oxford and a master’s in politics and economics of Transition from St Antony'S31 College, Oxford.
